how is product shipped?
greeting cards and supplies in bubble envelopes often with cardboard insert. Scrapbook pages in special ordered boxes and envelopes.
What if item damaged in shipping?
I would like to have email telling me of damage and if possible picture emailed to me. If product is un-useable I will issue refund. If product is useable and you want to keep it I will offer discount of cost. If product is useable and you want refund you must return product upon receiving product will issue full refund. You may not have both product and full refund. return shipping costs are your responsibility not mine.
